Good Work Relationship – A Matter of Trusting God

“The Lord hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭16:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

God is always in control of everything good or bad.

He said that His thoughts towards us are good, to give us an expected end.

In another place, He said when you go through the fire you will not be scorched or pass through the water, He will be with you (Isaiah 43:2-3)

So when the children of Israel were in captivity under Pharaoh, God knew about it and He made Pharaoh for this purpose.

“For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭9:17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

God knows about everything we go through, the wicked relationship we encounter and the bad circumstances. If that is true, the question is, how do we respond to these circumstances and the wicked people?

I think that if we actually believe that He knows about these things, then our attitude towards the wicked people in our lives and the bad circumstances should be positive.

That means that regardless of what the “wicked” boss or colleague does, we must still love them and work with them as unto the Lord.

Matthew 5:43-48 sums it all.

This walk with God is another life. It doesn’t align with the principles of the world and we must understand this perfectly and make up our minds to live in total obedience to His word.

As long as we want to fulfill God’s purpose for us in our places of work, we can’t do it our way but His.

May the Lord help us to see things in His own view.
